Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return most items for a refund, not including shipping. Just contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase for return instructions and be sure to postmark your return within 10 days of initial delivery. A 20-30% restocking fee will be applied to made to order items and custom orders are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer engraving?
No, at this time I do not offer engraving. However, most band rings 2 mm or wider can probably be engraved at your local jeweler's counter or engraving shop.
Can you resize my ring?
Yes, if you’ve purchased a ring from my shop and find that the size isn’t quite right, I’ll be happy to resize it for you at no additional cost (other than the cost of shipping both ways) for the first resizing, as long as you submit your resizing request and send your ring back for resizing within 60 days of purchase.
Can you use my gemstone, metal or old jewelry to make a new piece of jewelry?
Unfortunately, I am unable to use your materials for custom orders at this time.
Why is my matte or satin finished ring getting shiny?
Since gold and silver are both fairly malleable metals, the finish of your jewelry will change over time with regular wear; polished pieces will become dull and satin/matte finished pieces will become shinier. In either case, an occasional polishing or refinishing may be required to maintain the look of your jewelry and I will be happy to send you some polishing squares that you can use for this purpose.
Can you send me a photo of this item being worn?
In general, I am unable to provide photos of items being worn. However, I do try to provide detailed information on the dimensions of all items so that you can refer to a ruler to get an idea of how they will look on you.
