This rectangular band of recycled 18k yellow gold has been polished to a bright shine for a simple, contemporary look that's perfect for an everyday ring or a wedding/commitment band. The band is flat, not domed or rounded. The ring featured in the photos measures approximately 1 mm thick and 3 mm wide, but this ring can be made in other dimensions for your choice of a lightweight, low profile piece or something with a more substantial weight and feel. Although it is shown here with a polished finish, it is also available with a brushed or satin finish (see some of the other band rings for sale in the shop for examples of available finishes). This ring will be custom made just for you when you place your order, so please make sure to select your required ring size and dimensions, and allow an additional 7-10 days for fabrication and shipping.

Since gold and silver are both fairly malleable metals, the finish of your jewelry will change over time with regular wear; polished pieces will become dull and satin/matte finished pieces will become shinier. In either case, an occasional polishing or refinishing may be required to maintain the look of your jewelry and I will be happy to send you some polishing squares that you can use for this purpose.
